Shipping method and rates

Orders will be shipped from Athens (EU) with DHL express. Orders are typically delivered in 2-4 working days but it can change depending on rural addresses.
In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
We offer a flat rate of 8.5€ for all European destinations.
When purchasing a lightset, we offer free shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, unused and undamaged, we can arrange a full refund – no questions asked within the first 5 calendar days after you received your product.
